Everything about this company is absolutely WONDERFUL! Danielle, Shannon and Derek are professional, kind and FANTASTIC! I've never used their services before, but they drove almost 2 hrs to measure and install custom blinds. The prices are better than their competitors too! The Norman blinds I purchased work perfectly and the quality is great. They went over and above by providing me parts to older blinds I was needing in addition to having an older blind repaired as well! I will ONLY use Blinds By Design in the future. Thank you for great service!

Shannon had a quick response time, was willing to get us temporary blinds if needed, and kept us posted of the progress. We love our blackout cellular shades, as well as the light filtering ones. She was very professional and knows her products well. Couldn't be happier.

I have 20 foot ceilings in our family rooms and wanted shades for 3 large windows Danielle recommended remote controlled blinds which are perfect. i didn’t want the light completely blocked out so Danielle showed me a material that cut the glare of the sun yet leaves the room feeling light and bright. I highly recommend Danielle and the team at Blinds By Design.

Sheri is the best! She was extremely helpful and kept in constant communication with me throughout the process. Dustin was respectful and an absolute professional when he came into my house to install the blinds. Together they are a great team! Made the process enjoyable.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like I was given the attention and time needed to pick out exactly what I wanted for my home and the product is of the highest quality. Was a delay in shipment during early pandemic, but other than that no complaints.
